Light and Love through your practice

  • Love is the highest vibration for us to experience and feel in this world we live. We see the wonder of God’s love through the beauty of nature all around us from the Earth to the Heavens. Embracing this energy through each breath brings us higher and freer as we move into the lovely light of God. This Light is always with us and as we bring our awareness to it with Joy and Love - it magnetises with us. There is a dance of our energy with the elements, with nature, with all of life.

Each day creating a practice. In the Centered Yoga, there is a daily practice each day to help keep you on your path.

Here, a very simple way to discuss the movements. Learning and deepening your yoga practice from a qualified teacher who understands the alignment, anatomy, posture benefits, intelligent sequencings, and the way of the 8 Vital Principles for your practice is key. Please join me.

Standing Poses strengthen the legs and ankles and bring flexibility to the hip joints. They help to prepare the body for deeper postures and more difficult positions. You can either practice each posture alone and hold for 1 plus minutes.

The Standing postures can also be practiced in Vinyasa mode of connecting two or more postures by flowing from one to the other with the breathe. The postures can also be connected with the Surya Namaskara (sun salutations).

Sitting poses can also be practiced in this way of holding, moving with the breath connecting the postures and through the Sun Salutations. The sitting postures are wonderful for opening the hips, legs and spine; as well as creating more blood flow through the organs.

Leg Stretches are a perfect way to begin your practice to help open the hips and legs. Creating this sequence before your Inversions each day is a vital way to prepare. Also, each day to create the leg stretches after a long is perfect for resting.

Twists are a good way to create more energy through your spine and Energy Centers. There various twists are taught as your body is more open. From gentle to more advance, the sitting twists can be used for gently opening our body.

The various postures can be practiced each day. Creating a simple practice each day assist with having the body move each day through extensions, forward bends, backbends, openings, and inversions.

Inversions create a certain vitality in the body through resting the heart through the venous blood flow working with the gravity in a gentle way of being upside down.

Backbends From gentle supine simple backbends from your stomach to Ustrasana (camel) to facing up with full back bend to standing with backbend as in Natarajansana (King Dancer Pose)

Relaxation a calm in your body after the movement practice on your yoga mat. A calm into your life and into your everyday.

Your body is an instrument of Light. Your personal song guides the way of Your Golden Thread of Light that is Love and swirls through all.

Mix it up and have fun with your breathings and your practice. Garden and create the lovely blend of flowers and herbs each day into your life with your essences and beauty; the sacred prayers and sounds magnify this healing Light.

Each practice and session, builds upon the next to help you open and create this strength in your body.

Guided Meditation and special breathings. In the Centered Yoga, we use certain breathings and ‘inner visual meditations’ to feel the Light in the body and to guide the breath as your body opens and moves.

Sacred Sounds and prayers are magnetic brilliance of energies that can help to create a higher frequency through our body, mind and brain. In this Light Body Alchemy, we are creating more Light in our body through our everyday practices.

Using Sacred Sounds and prayers to create a higher vibration of Light through your body and into life is a beautiful way to be.

There are various sounds to experiment with from the traditional yogic text and my love of the sacred tones; as well as certain Hebrew prayers and sacred chants. Sacred as these lovely prayers create more Light through our body as we have this awareness and inner viewing.

I teach from the place of Nature, Love, Light from Source moving through the body. Clearing and renewing the Chakras, energy healing and Sound healing are all part of my teachings.

There is much wisdom continuously uncovered through languages, linguist studies and ancient text. I love to read the ancient texts of Buddhism and many lovely Vedic writings as the Upanishads. As well as Christian, Jewish, Sufi, Spiritualist, various Shaman teachings, and modern day mystics, holistic healers, cosmologist, astrologers, gardeners and bee keepers.

Yoga is a union with our body, our breath, our spirit and our soul. You can say this with all faiths. Growing up Christian and the teachings of the Trinity with the oneness and the union of the Body (Christ, Yahshua), our breath (the Holy Spirit) and our Soul is that oneness with our Higher Self and God our creator. This is the union. There are many trinities through time.

Faith, Hope and Love.

Yoga is scientific, spiritual and healing all blended together. This way of practicing the postures with the breath and learning this discipline for health and longevity. This moves into our life. Our body, mind, breath, thoughts, inner vision, outer vision, creations, life path - all are connected from the golden seed of light within. This golden seed will sprout into the most Majestic Tree with the proper guidance, healthy waters and LOVE.

Our yoga practice can help us to move through body aches and pains to our mind aches and pains. Truly, any discipline can help us with this from Qi Gong, Long Walks in Nature, archery, horse riding or whatever the action is for you. Body and Breath. Mind and Breath. Actions and Breath. Rest and calm with the breath. Taming our mind to assist the fluidity of peace into our life is a lesson we move through, with various stages in our life.

Light Healing is a way of Life. In those moments when you feel anxiety, sadness, worry - then you pause, take slow breaths and feel your inner smile of happiness. Transmute the lower feelings. Bring the Light and sweetness of God through you. Learning this way of clearing the lower energies is part of the Light Body Alchemy practices. There are many ways to weed your garden and knowing that within those weeds are lovely pearls of wisdom and beauty. Then, the little new seedlings and ways to understand and plant a new garden of Light come into your life.
