There is an exuberant amount of research these days about sound healing and for me, brining the lovely tones through my body makes me feel balanced in the midst of upheavals, stress, anxiety or not being able to sleep. The sounds of Light move though us. The simple sounds of Ohm through your body is calming. The sounds of God with the sacred Hebrew gently move the souls and increase the Light within.
Benefits and Uses of Crystal Bowl Music and Vibrational Medicine
The lovely sounds of crystal alchemy bowls are magical; the frequencies are healing and create a balance through our cells and our whole body. As we are mostly water, the sound vibrations move through the waters in our body, as the currents of the ocean waves and bring Light through us. Vibrational medicine is based on the idea that all illness or disease is characterized by blockage in the channels on some level, either in nadis, arteries, veins or nerves. When there is a blockage in one’s body system, overtime, the organ in question stops vibrating at a healthy frequency and thus it results in some kind of illness.
Through sound and light one can break up, dissolve and release these blockages that initiate in our etheric body. Ultra-sound has been used medically for almost two decades as a diagnostic tool, and more recently ultrasound is used to cleanse clogged arteries. Ultrasound works on the same principle of light equals sound and tone equals radiance manifesting in form.
Crystal bowl music is a form of vibrational medicine which validates that everything in the universe is in a state of vibration and the frequency at which an object or person most naturally vibrates is called resonance. The bowls play a major role in healing and meditation practice.
